Using TouchLink

TouchLink is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use TouchLink to share your social media profiles and other links with others by tapping your device.

• Provide accurate information when setting up your TouchLink
• Keep your account secure and not share your login credentials
• Use TouchLink in accordance with applicable laws
• Not use TouchLink for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes

Your Content

You own the links and content you share through TouchLink. By using our service, you grant TouchDrop permission to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

You're responsible for the content you share. Don't share anything that:

• Violates someone else's rights
• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Contains malware or phishing attempts

Service Availability

We work hard to keep TouchLink running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance.

Product Warranty

TouchLink hardware is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered. See your product packaging for details.

Limitation of Liability

TouchDrop provides TouchLink "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TouchLink.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the TouchDrop app.
